Return period

The buyer can return the goods within the warranty period established by the manufacturer.

If the warranty period is not set by the manufacturer, the return period is 1 month.

How to return a product

Fill out an application in the Personal Account. Confirm the existence of a marriage with several close-up photos. The term for consideration of the application does not exceed 7 (seven) business days.

If, as a result of consideration of the application by the seller, a positive decision is made, the buyer can return the goods.

In case of rejection of the application, the buyer has the right to apply to an independent examination. In the event that an independent examination confirms the buyer's right to return the goods, all expenses of the buyer related to the independent examination shall be reimbursed by the seller.
